Meditation and Stretching (Seated)

This class is a modified seated version of Meditation and Stretching. Learn how to relax and align your body, mind and spirit with God through various stretches and meditation in His Word. Even if you have physical limitations or can't get to the floor, this class makes stretching and strengthening possible through modified practices based on your health, mobility and current ability level. Refunds and exchanges are not available. Registration is required.

Special Friends Childcare

Brookwood has an awesome ministry that reaches out to families with special needs children. We have amazing volunteers who give the children the attention and care they need and deserve. Childcare is $10 for one child, $15 for two children, or $18 for three or more children. Reservations should be made by noon two days prior to your scheduled event or activity. Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, discipleship ministry helping people discover the healing power of Jesus Christ. The Landing is a ministry for students in grades 6-12 who struggle with life's hurts, habits and hang-ups. It assists teens in discovering the healing power of Jesus Christ.
